Personal Data Protection Notice
At Kozmoklinik A.Ş. we treat the security of your personal data with the utmost care. We attach great importance to processing and storing all personal data belonging to everyone connected with Kozmoklinik — including those who use our products and services — in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). Fully aware of this responsibility, we process your personal data as “Data Controller” under Law No. 6698, within the scope and conditions set out below.
1. What is personal data?
Under the KVKK, personal data is defined as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Accordingly, the name, surname, email address and telephone number you share with us constitute personal data.
2. Why do we collect your personal data?
Kozmoklinik collects and processes your personal information in order to fulfil its legal obligations arising from your product and service relationship with us, and to keep you informed about campaigns and benefits.
3. For what purpose and with whom do we share your personal data?
Your personal data may be shared with our direct or indirect domestic and international affiliates; with the institutions and organisations that represent us during the course of our business relationship and/or with which we cooperate in order to carry out our activities; and with the domestic and international persons and institutions from which we receive cloud storage services. In addition, personal data is shared with courts and other public authorities where required by our legal obligations, and only to that extent.
4. How do we store your personal data?
The personal data you share with our company is stored on Kozmoklinik's secure domestic and international servers in accordance with the relevant legislation, the provisions of the KVKK and Kozmoklinik's own standards.
5. How long do we keep your personal data?
In accordance with the KVKK, and pursuant to Article 7/1 of the KVKK, once the purpose requiring processing has ceased to exist and/or the statutory limitation periods obliging us to process your data have expired, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised and used in anonymised form.
6. What rights do you have under the KVKK?
In relation to your processed personal data you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred; request rectification where the data is incomplete or inaccurate; request erasure or destruction of the data; and request that rectification, erasure and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
You also have the right to object to an outcome to your detriment arising from the analysis of your data solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing of your personal data.
7. How can you exercise your rights?
You may submit requests concerning the rights listed above, together with information and documents verifying your identity, through the following channels:

Your applications are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. Where the process requires an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
