In order to serve its customers better, KOZMOKLİNİK asks you for certain personal information (name, age, areas of interest, email address and similar).

The information collected in KOZMOKLİNİK's systems is used solely within KOZMOKLİNİK for periodic campaigns, for designing promotional activities tailored to customer profiles, and for customer segmentation intended to prevent unwanted emails.

KOZMOKLİNİK never shares the information collected through Loyalty Card (KOZMOKLİNİK White Card) membership forms with third parties without the member's knowledge or contrary instruction, and does not use it for commercial purposes outside the scope of its activities, nor sell it.

Customer information may only be disclosed to official authorities where those authorities duly request it and where KOZMOKLİNİK is obliged to make such disclosure under mandatory provisions of applicable law.

Only the customer can access the information they have entered into the system, and only the customer can change it. It is not possible for anyone else to access or alter this information.

Our website uses strictly necessary cookies that are required for the site to function. Where cookies are used for analytics or marketing beyond those strictly necessary, they are only activated after your explicit consent has been obtained.

You can delete or block cookies at any time by changing your browser settings. If strictly necessary cookies are blocked, some parts of the site may not work properly.

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and until the statutory limitation periods laid down in the relevant legislation have expired. At the end of these periods your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
